About us

Founded by Patricia Secke, Africa Femmes Performantes unites women leaders and organizations worldwide to inspire change and build legacy. Our mission is to elevate voices, honor heritage, and create inclusive spaces where women thrive. We believe in the power of visibility, collaboration, and excellence to transform communities and generations.

What we Offer

Africa Femmes Performantes offers more than programs — we create transformative experiences that empower women and strengthen communities. Through international conferences and congresses, we provide platforms where voices are elevated and legacies are built. Our entrepreneurship and leadership trainings equip women with practical skills to launch businesses, lead organizations, and inspire others. With mentorship networks, we connect generations of women leaders, fostering resilience and collaboration. Our bilingual publications amplify stories of excellence, ensuring visibility across cultures. For donors and partners, we offer a trusted hub to invest in impact, with clear pathways to support women’s empowerment and Afrodescendant heritage. Every initiative we design is tailored to honor identity, celebrate achievement, and prepare women to thrive on the global stage.

Our International Team

Behind Africa Femmes Performantes stands a dedicated international team of women and men who share one mission: to empower, connect, and elevate. From Africa to Europe, the Americas to the Caribbean, our team brings together diverse expertise in diplomacy, entrepreneurship, leadership training, communication, and cultural heritage. Each member contributes unique skills — organizing conferences, mentoring women leaders, producing bilingual publications, and building bridges with donors and institutions. Together, we embody resilience and collaboration, ensuring that our vision is not only imagined but realized. It is this collective force that transforms ideas into impact, and impact into legacy.
